Zo gaat mijn vlucht er ongeveer uitzien:
We worden op 29 juli om 16:00 op de luchthaven in Brussel verwacht,
vertrek om 19:05 en aankomst in Madrid om 21:25,
dan terug vertrekken om 02:20 van Madrid naar Montevideo en aankomst om 09:04,
vertrekken om 12:00 richting Asuncion waar we om 12:50 aankomen op de 30ste juli.
Ik heb ondertussen ook al een mailtje gestuurd naar mijn gastgezin
en een aantal keer met mijn zus gebabbeld, het zijn hele lieve mensen
en ik kijk echt uit naar mijn eerste daagjes in Paraguay.

I hope everything will go great in Paraguay XD I have a few tips for you, based on my solid spanish knowledge ;D If anyone messes with you, you tell them they're a bunch of pendejos and that they lack cojones xD Latinos on GTA seem to get pretty pissed by hearing that o.o (God, I hope no one from your family will read this ¬¬)

I can only bring 20 kilos with me... including beer and chocolate plus a (small) bag of chocotoffs, cuz really... think about the clothes... I'm a girl, I'm sacrificing a lot just by bringing chocotoffs when I could just replace them with a pair of jeans... =p

I want to wish you a great travel =) I´m sure that everything will be fine on the plane and that you´ll also be welcomed in Paraguay with much warmth, as it´s typical of us here ^^
Enjoy the most you can the time you´ll spend there =) There´ll be new things for you to see everyday.

You're right, when Nienke first mentioned that she would be participating of an interchange program I thought that she would go to another european country or to some other country that wasn't much different from Belgium. I guess 'predictable' never really was a good word to describe Nienke =p But when she told me she was coming to South America I was really amazed and happy. ^^
I do think that the best thing to do when you have the opportunity to spend a long time abroad is to pick somewhere that is completely different from what you're used to, somewhere that will actually change your way of seeing things... and hopefully Paraguay will be able to provide such experience for Nienke. ^^
